01 Is basic job posting free?
Yes. Employers can submit a standard job vacancy free of charge. The vacancy will appear in regular job-search results after administrator review and approval.
Paid services are optional and are only required when you need greater visibility or additional recruitment support.
02 What paid job-promotion services are available?
Employers can select optional promotional services according to their hiring requirements and budget.
Featured and urgent vacancies receive increased visibility compared with standard job listings.
03 How can I pay for an employer service?
Submit your service request and contact the portal administrator to confirm the correct payment information. Available payment methods may include:
Enter your transaction ID and upload a clear payment screenshot when submitting the request.
04 When will my paid promotion become active?
Your request remains pending until the administrator confirms the employer details and verifies that the correct payment has been received.
05 Will Featured and Urgent promotions expire automatically?
Yes. The activation and expiry dates are recorded after approval. The Featured or Urgent status automatically expires when the purchased promotional period ends.
You may submit a new promotion request if you want to extend the visibility period.
06 Can I access candidate CVs directly?
Candidate CVs, phone numbers and private contact information are protected. Employers must submit a CV-access request and complete employer verification.
Approved CVs are provided privately for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not be published or shared without permission.
